Become a CRS - REAP Instructor
The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) is the largest
not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
with more than 47,000 Members. For more than 30 years, CRS
has been a recognized leader in residential real estate education
and recently has developed a new course designed
to provide international real estate practitioners with the
systems and strategies used by successful residential real
estate professionals in the United States.
This new course, called Real Estate Advanced Practices or
REAP, will be taught in countries outside the United States
by instructors who satisfy the following minimum requirements and are sponsored by an established entity such as as an association, company, organization, institution or university.

A. Must be fluent in English
B. Complete the CRS online courses:
- Creating Value for Your Clients
- Putting Technology to Work for Your Clients
C. Attendance and completion of REAP’s International Train
the Trainer program to be classified as “CRS – REAP
Instructor”
D. Instructor must be sponsored by an established entity such
as an association, company, organization, institution or university
