Train the Trainer

The International Train the Trainer program is an intensive four-day session open to educators of all experience levels and backgrounds who meet the minimum requirements to become a CRS – REAP Instructor. This program is designed to introduce potential instructors to the systems and strategies presented in this course and also to enhance the level of their teaching ability. It is very hands on and requires active participation and involvement from all attendees. This is what we will expect of you. And it’s what you’ll expect of your students after attending this program. You’ll never teach the same way again.

The International Train the Trainer program will be held:

When:     December 3 – 6, 2007
Where:   Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables, Florida – which is convenient to the Miami International Airport (4.5miles)

Fees:    There is no charge for the training program.  Instructor candidates would be responsible for their airfare, hotel and personal expenses. Space is limited. A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the Hyatt Regency $249.00 USD plus 13 per cent tax a night.

 

The Council will host a Welcome Reception and dinner on December 2nd, dinner on December 3rd, plus breakfast, lunch and 2 breaks every day to help defray your costs.

  • More completely understand the concepts presented in the Real Estate Advanced Practices Course
  • Change your teaching behavior to deliver higher quality, engaging presentations

  • Engage and capture your audience quickly and effectively
  • Use several teaching methods
  • Involve your students to hold their interest

  • Facilitate a meaningful learning experience

As a professional REALTOR®, Ed Hatch holds the CRS and CRB designations. Since becoming licensed in 1977 he has excelled as a sales person, manager and broker-owner. In 1998, Hatch served as president of the Council of Residential Specialists.
As a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists and as President of Ed Hatch Seminars, Inc., Hatch has spoken to over 100 audiences a year since 1990. He has been a featured speaker at the last seventeen consecutive NAR Conventions and ten CRS Sell-a-brations®. Hatch has taught internationally in New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, Singapore, Sweden, Malaysia, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Hatch has published articles in Real Estate Business, Communique, and Relocation & Real Estate magazines. He co-authored three CRS courses: Real Estate Advanced Practices (REAP), Business Planning and Marketing (CRS 200,) course and Building an Exceptional Customer Service Referral Business (CRS 210). Hatch has also developed powerful training tools to increase a sales agent’s productivity and increase their income.
